2. Service Delivery Timeline

Once the payment is confirmed, our team will begin work based on the timeline agreed upon during consultation or as per the project proposal.

Typical delivery timelines:

  • Website Design & Development: 7–30 business days

  • Shopify Store Setup: 5–15 business days

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns (Meta/Google Ads): Setup within 3–7 business days after receiving required assets

  • CRM/Automation Setup: 5–10 business days

Delays may occur if clients are unresponsive or fail to provide necessary content/information.

3. Digital Product Delivery (if applicable)

If you purchase downloadable products (e.g., templates, tools, documents), they will be delivered to your registered email address or made available via a secure download link immediately or within 24 hours of successful payment.

4. No Physical Shipping

We currently do not ship physical products. All our services and deliverables are provided digitally via email, online communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Meet), or through client portals.

5. Communication of Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email upon:

  • Receipt of payment

  • Delivery of each milestone or final product
